Attaching a U-STICK valve to an AIRTIME bladder is fast and easy. Follow these 4 steps when assembling your next AIRTIME bladder.
Mark
Place the original bladder on top of the AIRTIME bladder. Make sure that the AIRTIME bladder is at least as long and wide as the original and that no part of the original bladder hangs out over any part of the AIRTIME bladder.
Place a mark on the AIRTIME bladder directly below the valve on the original bladder.
Cut
Separate the two layers and pull the top layer of the bladder up into a point with the mark for the valve location at the tip. Cut off the last 1/4" or 1cm of the tip.
Clean
Use the alcohol wipe provided to clean the area around the hole in the bladder. Allow to air dry before attaching the valve.
Stick
Remove the release paper from the adhesive patch on the base of the valve. Carefully attach the valve to the bladder with one smooth motion. Work from the center of the valve out towards the edge of the valve making sure there are no air bubbles or wrinkles underneath the adhesive patch.
The bladder is now ready to be installed in the kite according to the installation instructions provided in the packaging.
