To quickly request a quote online:

• Click here to open a repair ticket requesting a quote.
• Fill out the ticket with your contact info and a detailed description of the damage.
• Attach a picture of the damage using the "Add Attachment" feature below the damage description (pics must be less than 1M in size and additional pics can be uploaded once the ticket has been created)
• Submit the ticket and check your email for the automatic confirmation (if you don't have it in your inbox check your spam filter). This email will have a link to your online ticket. All communication regarding your kite repair will be through this online ticket.
• Within one business day we'll get back to you through the ticket with an estimate.

To submit a kite for repair:

If have already submited a ticket for an online quote:

• Open your ticket used to request a repair quote
• Use the "print" button in the lower part of your ticket to print a copy of your repair ticket.
• On the print out mark the location of all the damage needing attention on the kite.
• Ship the kite along with the repair ticket to the address at the bottom of the repair ticket.


If you're sending in the kite to have it repaired without having first requested an estimate do the following:
• Click here to open a repair ticket.
• Fill out the ticket with your contact info and a detailed description of the damage.
• Attach a picture of the damage using the "Add Attachment" feature below the damage description if you want to show us where the damage is (less than 1M in size and additional pics can be uploaded once the ticket has been created)
• Submit the ticket and print off a copy of the repair ticket using the "print" feature on the confirmation screen.
• On the print out mark the location of all the damage needing attention on the kite.
• Ship the kite along with the repair ticket to the address at the bottom of the repair ticket.
• Check your email for the automatic confirmation (if you don't have it in your inbox check your spam filter). This email will have a link to your online ticket and will allow you to see when we receive the kite, the due date, and the current status of your kite repair. All communication regarding your kite repair will be through this online ticket.
