Authorized repair facility
AIRTIME kite is an authorized repair facility for the warranty repair of the world's leading kite brands. All kites sent in for warranty repair must be accompanied by an authorized approval number provided by the distributor. Please contact the shop that you purchased your kite from for instructions on how to proceed with warranty claims.
If you purchased the Pro Support Plan with your new kite there is no need to contact the distributor, you can send the kite directly to us. You are entitled to one year of no questions asked kite repair, regardless of the extent of damage. Submit a repair ticket, identify your kite as being covered by the Pro Support Plan, and include the serial number of the kite that was registered when you purchased the Pro Support Plan.
